BV-Series
VM-Series, Vibemaster Round Bowl
The low-profile design together with variable speed control supports fine-tuned operation along with efficient processing and part unloading.
A Curved polyurethane-lined bowl Maximizes machine channel utilization and offers higher cutting pressures while keeping parts in contact with media for more efficient processing and reduced impingement. High quality polyurethane construction for longer bowl life.
The extended screen deck Increases part separation time, and together with variable speed control and curved wall construction, assists in providing 100% parts separation under most operating conditions.
The VibeMaster Series, compact, state-of-the-art, high-energy vibratory system features an extended screen deck plus a low-profile, curved-wall construction. A heavy-duty motor and integral inverter/controller deliver flexible operation with excellent overall machine performance, reliability and efficiency all within a compact, space-saving footprint.
The bowl of this machine consists of heavy gauge metal section with the bottom plates of all welded construction. The interior of the bowl is lined throughout with a thickcast molded polyurethane that provides a completely smooth interior with no seams, crevices, ridges, etc., that would accelerate lining wear or failure from parts snagging or hanging up on the lining.
Parts Media Separator
The unit is equipped with a manual lever actuated internal separator to allow for discharge of parts from the machine. The separator includes a bottom mounted pivoting dam operated by a operator controlled lever actuated dam. The dam pivots from the bottom to meet the permanent screen tray to allow the parts and media to flow across the screen. The media falls through the screen into the tub, and the parts are discharged out the screen tray chute to the next operation. Functions by manual operator control on demand.
Drive Motor/Electricals
The finishing motion of the round bowl is accomplished by two counter-weight segments on both ends of the vibratory output shaft of the vertically-mounted vibratory motor. This vibratory unit is driven by a totally-enclosed ball-bearing motor for 230 or 460 volt (please specify voltage), 3 phase, 60 cycle operation powered by an AC variable-frequency inverter. All moving drive components are well guarded for equipment operator protection.
