Ceramic Cylinder Media

Compositions:
Dura 30 Media- Contains a fine grain aluminum oxide baked into the ceramic shape. It provides a smooth finish while still allowing fast metal removal with medium wear. It produces fine finishes on softer metals such as aluminum, copper and brass.

C-Bond- Contains a a coarser grain aluminum oxide and provides an excellent cut to wear ratio making it a very efficient composition. This general purpose media can be used on all ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

XC- More aggressive than C-Bond, XC offerce fast cutting performance designed for heat-treated steels. Good cutting ability on Teflon, and nickle bronze castings.

AH-41- An aggressive higher density media. AH-41 is very durable and fracture resistant. Recommended for heavy deburring operations.
