Mass Finishing, Inc. along with its fellow Innovance companies is going through a three-year strategic planning process. Through these discussions MFI aims at making improvements to its operations to help reduce costs that will hopefully end up saving customers money. The MFI team is working on new potential solutions to make media handling easier. We are also looking at different size machines to add to our lineup that could help some of our customers produce more parts with higher efficiency than ever before.
The three-year plan includes expansion of our current facility to accommodate the increased demand for our high energy finishing systems. This includes making upgrades to our production facility to house more assemblies and put them together quicker. The goal of these additions is to reduce the lead times for customers.
