In this Quarter’s Employee Spotlight, we’re highlighting Bobby Emmer. Bobby joined the team as the new Finishing Process Technician at the end of May 2023. In his new role, he helps current and prospective customers find the most efficient process to finish their parts with MFI’s machines and finishing media. Bobby attended college at Minnesota State University, Mankato where he earned his degree in Corrections. He worked as a Probation Officer for the past 6.5 years before joining our team.
When asked what he most enjoys about his job as a Finishing Process Technician Bobby replied, “What I enjoy most, is working on something new nearly every day. I enjoy the opportunity to help customers find solutions to their problems to make life easier for them and set them up for success.” Bobby hopes that our customers feel “listened to and understood” while working with the MFI team and that they “feel they ultimately received a solution specific to their situation.”
Bobby is the third of seven children. He grew up in Delano, MN. Bobby and his wife now reside in Rogers, MN where they are raising their sons, Kellan & Ray. In his free time, Bobby likes to golf, travel, and (try) to hunt and fish.
