Mass Finishing Solutions for the Dental Industry

At Mass Finishing Inc. (MFI), we’ve been providing high-quality and efficient dental finishing solutions for over two decades with our High-Energy Centrifugal Barrel Finishing Machines. The Dental Industry is one of our largest clients, we even created a separate division in 1998 to cater specifically to dental labs. Now known as our HZ-12 and HZ-40, these machines can quickly remove support material and rough edges on 3D printed molds and polish multiple dental partials and crowns in a single batch. By using high-energy finishing, customers can improve their production efficiency and reduce time-consuming methods such as using harsh chemicals with an electropolisher or polishing by hand.

MFI also offers great start-up kits to get labs up and running towards higher efficiency quickly.
