2. Tell Us What’s Changed
Your finishing needs may look very different from when you originally purchased your machine.
Maybe you’re processing different parts, producing higher volumes or looking for additional capabilities. We’ll discuss your current needs and help determine whether your existing machine can still meet them.
3. Consider Refurbishment
You don’t always need a new machine to get new capabilities.
MFI can refurbish your existing equipment and bring it back to like-new condition. Refurbishment can be a great option when your machine is still the right size and configuration for your operation but needs to be refreshed or upgraded.
We can also add optional accessories to your refurbished machine to better accommodate your current needs. Maybe an accessory wasn’t necessary when you originally purchased your machine. Maybe you didn’t need it yet, or it simply wasn’t in the budget at the time.
Refurbishment gives you the opportunity to add those features now.
Depending on your needs, we can discuss options such as machine accessories, controls and other upgrades that can make your existing equipment more useful for your current operation.

If your needs have outgrown your current machine, we’ll help you explore other MFI equipment that may be a better fit.

5. We’ll Work Out the Details
Once we understand your situation, we’ll work with you on the details.
If you’re selling your machine back to MFI, we’ll coordinate the logistics for getting the equipment back to us. And if you’re refurbishing your existing machine, we’ll work with you on the process and any accessories or upgrades you’d like to add. Interested in a different machine?
