The Media Return System is designed specifically for our HZ-Series Centrifugal Barrel Tumblers but could be modified for use with other tumblers such as disc and vibratory. This new system not only simplifies operations but also ensures the well-being of your workforce.

Enhancing Safety and Ease of Operation
The primary goal of the Media Return System is to make equipment operation easier and safer.
Traditionally, handling media required significant lifting, bending, and stretching, posing risks of back injuries and other physical strains to operators. The MFI Media Return System effectively eliminates these hazards, by focusing on reducing the physical strain involved in media handling.
Media Return System Operation
At the core of the Media Return System is a vacuum hose and hopper mechanism. Once the media is separated, it is sucked back up into a hopper through the vacuum hose, eliminating manual intervention and streamlining operations.
We have designed the Media Return System to operate relatively quietly. The system’s design also includes drain slots for drying media before it enters the hopper, although it is fully capable of handling wet media thanks to a Teflon liner.
Seamless Integration with Your Existing Equipment
We know the importance of continuity and efficiency in your operations. Our Media Return System is designed to seamlessly integrate with your existing MFI equipment.
The system includes an easy-to-install attachment that bolts onto your current separator without the need for any cutting or modifications. The attachment has a fitting for the hose that collects media from the separator. The hose can also be used to collect media from a bucket or drum to easily load the hopper to get your initial charge into the machine.
These features ensure that businesses can upgrade their existing machines without incurring the costs and time associated with purchasing new equipment, allowing for a smooth transition and immediate improvement in operational efficiency.
