I want to start with a warm welcome to each of you as we share our first newsletter for 2024. We are excited to use this platform to share new products, new trade shows, and new opportunities that are ahead of us this year.
2023 was a year filled with triumphs and challenges and I am very proud of all that we have accomplished together. We launched our new Tool-Less Lockdown Bars and our Media Return System, added a new role within our sales team and new partners to our dealer network. We also expanded our process development with new media & compounds. Each achievement was made possible by the dedication of our team and the support of our loyal customers and distributors.

- Implementing a new Inventory Control system to streamline our production processes.
