It’s hard to believe we are already in the Third Quarter! I hope you all have been enjoying the warm summer weather. Several exciting things have happened since my Q2 Company Update and I’m excited to share them with you.
MFI Website Refresh
First off, I’m excited to unveil our newly refreshed website! We’ve been hard at work crafting an online space that truly reflects the essence of MFI. When you explore our website, you’ll find updated information about our products and services, as well as a new layout designed to make your browsing experience smoother than ever. We’ve also introduced some new features that I believe will greatly enhance our customers’ user-experience.
One feature that I’m particularly excited about is our “Find a Distributor” page. We understand the importance of local connections, and this page will help you easily locate the nearest MFI distributor. With this addition, support is just a click away, ensuring that you can access the resources you need with ease.
Speaking of enhancing our customers’ website experience, our site now features dedicated pages for industries we most commonly serve. Whether your focus is on additive manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, contract manufacturing, dental, firearms, or any of the other diverse sectors we cater to, you’ll find tailored information that speaks to your unique needs. We’ve also added a sample part gallery that showcases the finishing process of various products.
Lab Update
Shifting gears, I’m delighted to formally introduce a new addition to our lab team – Bobby Emmer, our Finishing Process Technician. Bobby has been working closely with Tommy in our sample part processing lab to learn the ropes and gain a better understanding of how to efficiently process and finish a variety of parts using MFI’s machines and finishing media. Please join me in welcoming him to the team!
In other lab news, we have also moved our sample part processing lab to a different building within our facility – you can learn more about this update and how it will effect our customers in our new article: MFI Relocates Sample Processing, Streamlining Operations and Creating a Better Customer Experience.
